Chicken Pesto - Easy One Pot meal

Chicken - cooked
or purchase fresh or frozen cooked chicken
1 container of refrigerated Buitoni Pesto sauce
1/2 yellow squash - diced
1/2 zucchini -diced
1/2 box cooked penne pasta

Sauté squash and zucchini with some fresh garlic (or garlic powder) in a pan with olive oil.  Cook until squashes almost tender and toss in cooked chicken.  Finish cooking squash.  Drain cooked pasta and add to pan with squash and chicken.  Add 1/3 of the container of pesto sauce ( more if desired).  Stir and heat.  Then serve with garlic bread or French bread. Add a fresh salad if you would like.
